NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS
Sweepstakes. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Eligibility:
Open to legal U.S. residents 21 years-of-age or older. Void where prohibited or
restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and like
amounts connected with the prize.
How to play: Starting at 10:00 AM CDT on October 1, 2025 and ending at 5:00 PM
CDT October 6, 2025, enter for a chance to win two (2) tickets to the Jordan Davis
October 10, 2025 performance at Allstate Arena, 6920 Mannheim Road Rosemont, IL
60018 by following Bub City on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/bubcity/
(“Promotion Site”) and Vincent Mason on Instagram at
https://www.instagram.com/vincentmason . Participants must also like the post,
comment and tag one friend in the comment section of the October 1, 2025
Instagram post from Bub City @bubcity announcing the sweepstakes. To enter
without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and
no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing
address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper
postage to: Vincent Mason Sweepstakes, c/o Lettuce Entertain You 5419 N. Sheridan
Road, Suite 116, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be postmarked by
October 6, 2025, and received by 2:00 PM CDT October 9, 2024. There is a limit of
one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered
one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted.
Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void
and will not be eligible to win.
One winner will be chosen randomly on or about 2:00 PM CDT October 9, 2025 and
notified at or about that time by Instagram message or email depending on method
of entry. Prize does not include travel, transportation, parking or accommodations of
any kind. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $123.84 (Two tickets to
the show at $81.50 ($40.75 each) with fees of $41.70 plus tax of $0.64).
How to claim your prize: The Winner will be chosen randomly and notified October 9,
2025 at or about 2:00 PM CDT by Instagram message or email with all required
details. The winner will be required to respond and accept the prize within 24 hours
of sent message time. The Sponsor’s marketing team will communicate with the
winner by email or other reasonable methods to coordinate prize delivery/retrieval.
Should in person prize pick-up be requested a valid government issued ID must be
presented. Sponsor may require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility,
publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9
prior to the delivery of any prize (collectively, "Affidavit"). Should winner chose to
not redeem the entire prize, the value of the prize will not be reduced for tax
purposes. If the prize winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within the
applicable time period or execute the Affidavit or provide other
documentation/information required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is
returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may consider such prize winner to have
forfeited. Sponsor shall then have the option and not the obligation to randomly
select another prize winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible
for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices even if due to
human and/or Sponsor error.

General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives or
refunds are available. Prizes are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic
beverages. Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or
acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown,
likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional
compensation.
All Employees of Rosemont Ventures LLC (“Sponsor”) and Lettuce Entertain You
Enterprises, Inc., their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and
promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household
members of each are not eligible. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of
eligible entries received.
This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated
with Facebook or Instagram. Your entry to this contest constitutes a full and
complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this
promotion. You are providing your information to Sponsor, and Lettuce Entertain You
Enterprises, Inc. and not to Facebook or Instagram.
By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules
and all Sponsor decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize,
participants/winners agree to release Sponsor and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises,
Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and
agents as stated herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages
of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use,
and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related
activities and that Sponsor may use participant’s/winner’s name, likeness and
submitted photograph for advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media
now or hereafter known, without further notice or compensation (except where
prohibited by law). Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have
made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation,
or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with
this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action.  This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or
litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state
courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly
consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of
lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each
Registered Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method
acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR
AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. REGISTERED PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY
RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE
OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
