NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS Sweepstakes. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prize.
How to play: Starting at 8:00 AM CDT on June 20, 2025 and ending at 12:00 PM CDT June 26, 2025, enter for a chance to win $150.00 in Bub City gift cards (three $50.00 cards), valid at participating Bub City locations only, with an approximate retail value of $150.00 (restrictions apply- see the front and back of the gift cards for all limitations/restrictions) by following @bubcity and @chicago.by.ren on Instagram and commenting and tagging 1 friend in the comment section of the June 20, 2025 Instagram post from @chicago.by.ren announcing the sweepstakes at https://www.instagram.com/chicago.by.ren/ and https://www.instagram.com/bubcity/ (“Promotion Sites”). To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: Bub City chicago.by.ren Gift Card Sweepstakes, c/o Clark Hubbard LLC 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 105, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be postmarked by June 26, 2025, and received by 5:00 PM CDT June 30, 2025. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.
One winner will be chosen randomly and notified by either Instagram direct message or email depending on entry method at or about 11:00 AM CDT July 1, 2025. Prize does not include alcoholic beverages, travel, transportation or accommodations of any kind. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $150.00.
How to claim your prize: The Winner will be chosen randomly and notified July 1, 2025 at or about 11:00 AM CDT by email or Instagram message with all required details. The winners will be required to respond and accept the prize within 24 hours of sent message time. The Sponsor’s marketing team will communicate with the winner by email or other reasonable methods to coordinate prize retrieval or delivery by mail as agreed. Should in person prize pick-up be requested by winner, a valid government issued ID must be presented. Sponsor may require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 prior to the delivery of any prize (collectively, "Affidavit"). Should winner choose to not redeem the entire prize, the value of the prize will not be reduced for tax purposes. If the prize winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within the applicable time period or fail to execute the Affidavit (if applicable) or provide other documentation/information required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may in their sole discretion consider such prize winner to have forfeited. Sponsor shall then have the option and not the obligation to randomly select another prize winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices even if due to human and/or Sponsor error.

The following blackout dates may apply; Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day. No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives or refunds are available. Prizes are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic beverages. Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
