Thanksgiving Reheating Instructions
SERVES 8 – REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
If not being used immediately food must be refrigerated. Cooking times may vary slightly. All items should be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees.
MASHED POTATOES
- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, covered
- Stir every 10 minutes
STUFFING
- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, covered
- Uncover & cook an additional 10 minutes
MAC & CHEESE, BABY BACK MAC & BRISKET MAC
- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, covered
- Uncover for additional 10 minutes of cooking.
SWEET CORN SPOONBREAD
- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, covered
- Uncover and cook additional 10 minutes.
- Top with cheese and melt
BRUSSELS SPROUTS
- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, covered
- Uncover, stir & bake for additional 10 min
TURKEY GRAVY
- Place into pot on medium heat, bring to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and serve.
BRISKET / PORK / TURKEY BREAST
- Bring a large pot of water to simmer
- Place Bag in water for 15 min
- Flip over and cook for an additional 5 min
WHOLE TURKEY
- Preheat oven to 350
- Carefully unwrap Turkey
- Pour Turkey Jus slowly over bird
- Recover with foil
- Bake for 90 min, uncover and bake for an additional 15 min

- Stir every 10 minutes

- Bake for 25 minutes, covered
- Uncover & cook an additional 10 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165

- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, covered
- Uncover for additional 10 minutes of cooking.
