Thanksgiving Reheating Instructions

SERVES 8 – REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS 

If not being used immediately food must be refrigerated. Cooking times may vary slightly.  All items should be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees.

MASHED POTATOES

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Bake for 40-45 minutes, covered
  3. Stir every 10 minutes

STUFFING

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes, covered
  3. Uncover & cook an additional 10 minutes

MAC & CHEESE, BABY BACK MAC & BRISKET MAC 

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Bake for 45-50 minutes, covered
  3. Uncover for additional 10 minutes of cooking.

SWEET CORN SPOONBREAD

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Bake for 35-40 minutes, covered
  3. Uncover and cook additional 10 minutes.
  4. Top with cheese and melt

BRUSSELS SPROUTS

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes, covered
  3. Uncover, stir & bake for additional 10 min

TURKEY GRAVY

  1. Place into pot on medium heat, bring to a simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and serve.

BRISKET / PORK / TURKEY BREAST

  1. Bring a large pot of water to simmer
  2. Place Bag in water for 15 min
  3. Flip over and cook for an additional 5 min

WHOLE TURKEY

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Carefully unwrap Turkey
  3. Pour Turkey Jus slowly over bird
  4. Recover with foil
  5. Bake for 90 min, uncover and bake for an additional 15 min

  3. Stir every 10 minutes

  3. Uncover & cook an additional 10 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, covered
  3. Uncover for additional 10 minutes of cooking.
