He started playing music at 7 years old, and since 2009, Lloyd has been playing guitar with many of the top bands in Chicago – even working his way up to backing up Bruno Mars in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve 2018. Born and raised in Detroit, MI but now residing in Nashville, TN they’re not afraid to travel. They were featured at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville, Tennessee in 2017, 2018, and 2019. From Detroit, MI to Chicago, IL to Nashville, TN and even internationally to Windsor, Ontario. Corey Dakota has been able to share his music all over and does not plan to slow down any time soon.
